Development of an individual is not possible without proper Legal System. Law helps to bind all people together, protect our general safety, and ensure our rights as citizens against abuses by other people and by organizations.
Law is not static, but dynamic in nature. Public opinion may guide the direction of law reform by guiding policy or it may affect the speed at which policy becomes law-by either slowing down or speeding up the process. Public opinion changes according to person, place or requirement.
