The LL.B is the abbreviation for the Law Degree programme. The LL.B abbreviation is derived from the Latin term; Legum Baccalaureus, Known as Bachelor of laws. Which translate to the bachelor of laws, meaning that the actual degree classification is equivalent to that of a BA or B.SC., etc.

There are two options to pursue an undergraduate Law degree. One is three years course for which the minimum eligibility criteria are graduation and the course is divided into six semesters. The other is integrated which is a five-year duration course for 10+2 pass students. The syllabus consists of all the Indian laws, and Public International laws related to India.

LL.B is the backbone and platform from which a high number of law careers are launched. From the completion of the LL.B, that knowledge gives your legal careers from solid ground. The course is such that the student learns the working of the Indian Legal System.
