The world has changed forever after the pandemic called “Corona” and Education world is no different. Things are going to change post-Corona. While sitting at home from last more than a month, everyone is thinking about what will happen when the lockdown period will be over. Are the things are going to be the same as pre-Corona. No, if we talk about Education in India post-Corona lot of things will change and who will change faster will be the winner.
One of the markets suffered a lot from this pandemic is “Job Market”. And in India as for as most of the students concerned for them education is the ladder to get a job especially Higher and Technical education. I think post-Corona the student’s way of looking at education is going to be changed. Instead of just looking for a degree they will start focusing on Skill-building courses. Courses that enable them to become an entrepreneur as there will be fewer jobs in the world. So, incoming days Institutions providing such courses having more chances to succeed.

The second most important thing for institutions of different education bodies is going to be Adaptation. Quick adaptation of new Tools & Technology to conduct various academic works. Adaptation of new ways of course content delivery to the student (beyond the traditional classroom). They must also find out new ways as well as the criteria for evaluating students. Faculties also need to upgrade themselves to get adjusted to this quickly.
In the current scenario, I can say that the IT industry is going to be benefited from all this, and demand for IT professionals is going to increase so the demand for courses related to IT. Success mantra in the coming days will be “Be the Quickest to Adaptation”.
