Brighter Side of Lockdown

The considerable decline in planned travel has caused many regions to experience a large drop in air pollution. Due to the corona virus outbreak’s impact on travel and industry, many regions and the planet as a whole experienced a drop in air pollution. Reducing air pollution can reduce both climate change and COVID-19 risk but it is not yet clear which types of air pollution.

Environmental protection has undoubtedly become a common understanding and development strategy of all countries of the world. Now humankind is striving into the historical process of postindustrial society and is trying to reach rebalance with environment in later stage of development.
Humans impactthe physical environment in many ways: overpopulation, pollution, burning fossil fuels, and deforestation. Changes like these have triggered climate change, soil erosion, poor air quality, and undrinkable water.

Most countries in the Global North, led by the European Union, are looking at a ‘green recovery,’ or building back better with renewable energy, clean technology, and clean innovations in infrastructure and transport.
This crisis has come at an immense cost and has made it painfully clear that the world is interconnected. Issues such as climate change or public health cut across development gains made in other sectors. However, it has also led to a great deal of personal and collective action at the ground level. The greatest learning, therefore, is that no one can prepare for climate change alone and in a silo, with the need for collective and individual action being paramount.
Let us be grateful to Mother Nature, who had to teach us a lesson in the form of this crisis, which all the scriptures of the world had previously indicated – that, the ultimate religious place is within you, and it never gets locked out until you get knocked out. And do not think you can forever abuse the bounty of Nature and get away scot-free. Nature is our true protector, so respect it, or else…
