Rights of Victim
- Right to compensation – Cr.P.C. Sections 357 (a), (b) and (c) of 1973 provide for compensation and physical treatment to the victim which is provide by DLSA and SLSA . In addition, under section 357 (3), the court can also order the accused to provide compensation to the victim.
