If any student is going to study law, there are 2 options for which he/she can apply i.e. LLB 3 yrs. & LLB 5yrs.

Hence, if you possess a bachelor degree- you can apply a bachelor degree programme. But if you are a plus two student you cannot apply for the same.

For LLB 5 yr programme, you must have passed intermediate. For this programme, there are some streams such as-

 BALLB

 BCOM.LL.B.

 BBA.LLB.

 BSC.LLB.

 BSW.LLB. (Bachelor of Social Work)

If you join a LLB 5 yr. course, you save your one year as it is of 5yre. And can be joined after 12th.

Also it gives benefit to those who want to study law from its very starting point.

LLB 5yrs is an integrated course as it focuses on all aspects of Law. And it is considered as Undergraduate programme and LLB 3yr is considered as Post Graduate Programme.
